September 22
2nd annual West Valley Energy Open Golf Tourney in Verrado.   APS is one of the sponsors and is a strong advocate and supporter of WTMC.  Put on your WTMC shirt and come to Verrado to join the fun.

September 23
For those registered, attend Desert Defender Training from 9:30 to 11:30.

September 30
National Public Lands Day. the signature event of the National Environmental Education Foundation, promotes both popular enjoyment and volunteer conservation of public lands. Hike the trails in your WTMC shirt.

October 14
New Steward Orientation event at Coyote Library on Yuma Road, Buckeye. Notify Jane Fricke or Bob Wisener if you can help with setup, refreshments, etc.

October 21
Welcome Back Party for Conservancy volunteers at White Tank Mountain Park.  You and your spouse are invited to attend a catered, outdoor event including a meal, updates from the Board of Directors and leadership team, and the announcement of the new WTMC newsletter contest name winner.

November 4
Attend the First Annual Crank the Tanks, a mountain bike race through Verrado and Skyline. This event is a designated fundraiser for WTMC.  The race finishes at about noon, and Rudy the Rascal will be there to congratulate the bikers.  Put on your WTMC shirt, and join the afternoon fun activities.  Check out the related web article for more information.

November 17
National Take a Hike Day.  Hike the trails in your WTMC shirt.  More information will follow.
